The 15th edition of the Montreal Comiccon will feature a rich and diverse program of celebrity talks, themed conferences, autograph sessions, photo opportunities, comic book artists and board game tournaments.

The Loto-Québec Indie Game Zone is back at Comiccon!
Comiccon is all about pop culture, and video games are really becoming part of it. So we’re waiting for you at the Zone! Come and discover the latest creations from some twenty independent Quebec studios. The Indie Games Zone is also : sometimes serious, sometimes zany, always intense gaming sessions; hard-hitting interviews with the creators; live broadcasts on Loto-Québec’s Twitch channel, with our favorite streamers; a gaming tower visible from Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, where you can try out our creators’ games; our famous bean bags, whose magnificent green color has been sung by the greatest poets; joy, good humor, fantasy, and the strictest intellectual rigor. Asmodee, the famous games publisher, will be present at the Montreal Comiccon with an incredible gaming zone. This zone comprises three exciting sections. First, you’ll be able to enjoy self-service games. Discover and play a variety of exciting games such as CATAN and 7 Wonders! For fans of expert games, find titles such as Star Wars™ Shatterpoint or Marvel™ Champions on tabletop accompanied by expert hosts. The Masquerade & Cosplay-Eh! Canada Cosplay Championship Selections
(Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.– main Hall)
Don’t miss the main event on Saturday: the famous masquerade! Whether you come from the world of comic books, Japanese animation or video games, this amateur costume contest is the perfect opportunity to show off your costume-making skills and see your favorite heroes shine in the spotlight. Take to the stage to present your creation (and maybe even take on a few ninjas!), or simply come and cheer on the participants. It’s not just a parade, it’s a colorful show, with dancing and singing
Cosplay Selections-Eh!
Oyez Oyez Canada! A new cosplay contest is born, and not just any contest. Cosplay-Eh! – the Canadian Cosplay Championship is a high-level national cosplay competition that aims to crown Canada’s cosplay elite! The competition takes place during the masquerade.
Qualifying rounds will be held in cities across the country, and finalists will gather in Montreal each year for the Grand Finale. Incredible prizes and cosplay fame are up for grabs.
Montreal Comiccon’s Kira Kira Showcase Idol is BACK for a third edition – Sunday, July 6, 2025!
Grab your light sticks and let the music take you away! Welcome to the Idol Showcase from Kira Kira START! – a concert-style event where bands lip-sync and dance to songs by popular idol groups. From cute dances to rockin’ ones, and everything in between, there’ll be something for everyone at the event.
Montreal Comiccon is proud to present a fabulous experience for this years’ edition. All 3 days of the Comiccon, the Film Music Wind Orchestra (OVMF – L’Orchestre à vents de musiques de films), comprised of 50 talented musicians under the direction of conductor and arranger Jocelyn Leblanc, will help the audience (re)discover the soundtracks of their favourite TV shows and films. The three concerts are intended for film-music enthusiasts as well as novices who want to explore orchestral music from a repertoire they are familiar with.

Montreal Comiccon offers a ton of after-show activities, including Nerdy Karaoke, conferences La vampire lesbienne au cinéma, Hot takes – A Geek Debate Show, BurlesGeek a burlesque troupe on Friday, July 4 and more.
