David Giuntoli is an American actor best known for starring as Detective Nick Burkhardt in NBC’s supernatural drama Grimm, where he appeared alongside Russell Hornsby and Silas Weir Mitchell, anchoring the long-running series as a police detective discovering his lineage as a hunter of mythical creatures. He is also widely recognized for his role as Eddie Saville in the ensemble drama A Million Little Things, sharing the screen with Romany Malco, Allison Miller, and Grace Park.
His film credits include 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016), directed by Michael Bay, where he appeared alongside John Krasinski, James Badge Dale, and Max Martini, as well as the indie comedy Buddymoon (2016), in which he starred with Flula Borg. Additional film work includes Caroline and Jackie (2012) with Marguerite Moreau, Mother’s Little Helpers (2019) with Melanie Hutsell and Milana Vayntrub, 6 Month Rule (2012), Turn the Beat Around (2010), and Weather Girl (2009).
