Tyler Posey first became a household name as Scott McCall, the lead of MTV’s Teen Wolf, a role that defined his early career and earned him multiple youth acting honors including a Teen Choice Award and several nominations tied to the series’ popularity and cultural impact.
Posey has taken notable turns in feature films, co-starring in Truth or Dare (2018) alongside Lucy Hale, a Blumhouse supernatural thriller that proved commercially successful and expanded his profile in mainstream horror. He also appears in ensemble and youth-oriented films such as The Last Summer (2019) and had earlier film exposure in titles like Maid in Manhattan (2002) as a child actor, working with stars Jennifer Lopez, Ralph Fiennes, and Natasha Richardson.
Posey’s screen career began in childhood with series work such as Doc, where he played the orphaned boy Raul Garcia, and continued through guest and recurring roles on shows like Lincoln Heights, Jane the Virgin, and The Exes before he landed Teen Wolf.
